My roomates' family was almost outta a home

They had a fire next door & almost got burned outta a place. This is why I say..."GET RENTERS INSURANCE" You never know when something can happen to you. I got to much stuff that I invested in my home for my family..And I'm not gonna lose it all on account of a fire or whatever. Does anyone else in here do the same thing?? (Got insurance on your stuff)

i work for state farm and we recommend it deffinetly!! and it is not that expensive!

I have 3 types of insurance on my home. its rough having a waterfront home because many insurance companies dont like issuing out flood insurance policies. they really suck!

as for my valuables, I still have to get around to appraising them!!

(but i keep 3 fire extinguishers ready at all times!!!!)
