I went with my cousin to the gym yesterday as her guest and took this amazing class called Body Attack. It's basically a type of kick boxing class that combines cardio. Plus the music is enough to keep anyone pumped! I'm taking the class again with her today, plus before I left yesterday I ended up joining, and as a "thank you" for joining, they set you up to work with a personal trainer for 2 weeks, which is cool. Right now though, I'm just looking forward to that class again!! :)

So what about the rest of you guys? Any particular class or anything at the gym that gets you pumped to go back?

I don't have the time right now to join a gym but once I'm done school I'll have my nights free to do just that. :jumpr I can't wait...but in the mean time I do Tae Bo & I love it. It gets me going every morning:yeey

You go Meggy!! I'm damn proud of you...it takes a lot of courage and motivation to decide to get your physique in tip top shape....

PhillyGurl - I hear ya about the Tae Bo! I love that! And I think that's why I love the Body Attack class....it's basically like Tae Bo.

Awww thanks Sam!! I've been putting off joining the gym for too long, and this season when softball started, I was so out of shape, so now that I'm trying to get back in shape, I figured stop the excuses and just join already!

As for my next performance....hmmmm, American Idol here I come! LOL Hope to see ya soon!!! :)

i dont go to the gym but i do work out...and reach for the burger liiiift the burger pullll the burger (close to ur mouth so u dont drop the yum yums) and chew... chew.... chew.... and swallowwwwww. anyone for a drink that work out was exausting

Meg, so the Body Attack class is just like Tae Bo huh? Now I really wanna get done school so I can join a gym. Tae Bo just gets me so motivated in the mornings & when I'm done workin out I feel so good about myself, ya know what I'm sayin:D

PILATES and kickboxing..

I haven't been to the Y- but I was a memeber there......and they had something similar called 50/50....so it's like kickboxing/cardio/power pump then the cool down- which I can alwys fall asleep on..........

but it wa tight.....so keep it up!

Yeah that's exactly how I feel! There was a class this mornig at 6am, and me I am not a morning person, I'm lucky I'm up on time for my 9 o'clock class at school....but I was actually motivated to wake up early and make the 6. Class is an hour and when I left, I felt sooo pumped and ready to go. I'm still feeling the energy which is good. I'm going to try to stay on the schedule of going 3 times a week. Then tonight I have a RPM class...it's a cycling class....first time taking it, so this should be fun. :)

Big thanks to all that gave me words of encouragement....it means a lot!! :)

Thanks Jenn!! After these past three days I feel great. I wasn't that out of shape, cause I started playing softball for school, so I got back into it, but now I'm actually working more muscle groups than just what softball did. I just hope I stay this motivated!
